The Chambers of Agriculture of the Champagne Vineyard (CAVC) bring together the departments of Aube, Marne, and Aisne. They were created in 2015 with the goal of pooling resources and expertise to provide consistent support to all winegrowers within the Champagne PDO (Protected Designation of Origin).
