Spearheaded by the Maison de l'emploi et des métiers d'Épernay et sa région (Épernay and surrounding area employment and career centre), this area brings together wine industry training centers and employment agencies to help people enter the sparkling wine industry. Events are planned for students, job-seekers and people undergoing professional retraining.

Under the impetus of France Travail, the Mission Locale and Cap Emploi, this area will support exhibiting companies and applicants in their recruitment efforts throughout VITeff 2025.

Held on Wednesday 15 October at the Agora, this event gives companies the opportunity to meet candidates shortlisted according to their needs.
Informal interviews can also be arranged directly on the stand throughout the show.

An innovative tool to energize recruitment:
  • Candidates can record their video résumés directly on-site
  • Companies can create a short video to present their business and job opportunities

All videos are shared on a dedicated platform to facilitate "matching" between candidates and recruiters.
