Sylvain Floirac is an Export Manager at Business France, based at the Business France office in Helsinki for the past eight years (AGROTECH department).
He supports the development of French wine and Champagne producers in Finland and Estonia, drawing on his on-the-ground expertise and extensive B2B network.
As Senior Trade Advisor for Agri-Food (Finland/Estonia) and Nordic Coordinator for Spirits & FoodTech, he coordinates networking and promotional activities (e.g. professional tastings).
With over twenty years’ experience in promoting French gastronomy internationally and in the Nordic countries, he is also a member of the board of directors of the Bocuse d’Or Academy Finland and an associate member of the Académie Culinaire de France.
