Description
Dr Kotseridis holds a degree as agronomist -food scientist, a DNO , a DEA and a PhD on wine aroma from Faculty of Enology Bordeaux. He developed the Laboratory of Enology of Agricultural University of Athens, where he works as a Professor of Enology. His researches are focused on aromas of Greek Varieties and on the implementation of this knowledge to winemaking.
He is an experienced professional with combined teaching, research and industry experience and a track record of designing and implementing program curricula which are in synch with scientific and industry demands. He consults numerous wines and also works for UK companies selecting wines from Greek varieties.
