The OIV recently published its Strategic Plan for 2025-2029, reaffirming its commitment to sustainability, innovation and harmonisation in the wine world as the global reference for vines and wine.
After a brief introduction to the six scientific priority areas of the Strategic Plan, the presentation will highlight the work underway within the Oenology Commission, including dealcoholisation, biotechnological tools and non-thermal techniques, showing how these efforts are responding to evolving challenges and opportunities.
