Innovation awards | Oeno Concept - Remulab project
As at every VITeff since 1984, the Innovation Prize organised by Epernay Agglo Champagne rewards the most innovative companies in the wine industry.
ŒNO CONCEPT is presenting its "Remulab" product.
It visualises the movement and behaviour of the deposit in the bottle throughout the riddling cycle. It can be used to adapt the riddling programme to changes in the winemaking process: bottle shapes, oenological products, shorter process times, changes in wine composition, etc.
