With LiOX by Diam, Diam Bouchage offers the first effervescent cork that acts solely on the OIR. Thanks to a desorption process, the oxygen trapped in the cork cells is eliminated before bottling, reducing OIR by half (from 2.4 mg to less than 1.2 mg after 6 months). LiOX by Diam thus preserves the wines most sensitive to oxidation. Special airtight packaging guarantees that the level of desorption is maintained until use.
