This year again, VITeff brought together all the energy, innovation, and expertise of the sparkling sector at the heart of Champagne.
A must-attend event, which Effevent is proud to have supported in its outreach.



🎯 Key figures of the 2025 edition


• Over 330 exhibitors gathered around the solutions and technologies shaping the future of sparkling beverages.
• 18,000 visitors came to discover, exchange, and get inspired.
• 73 speakers engaged in 18 conferences and masterclasses dedicated to the major challenges of the sector.


This edition marked a turning point with:

  • An enhanced visitor experience: redesigned site, revamped dining areas, and a new 6,000 m² grand tent offering greater fluidity and clarity.

  • A strengthened influence, with 79 new exhibitors, more than half coming from outside Champagne.

  • An unprecedented dance night, organized with Tap Too Asso, which brought together the VITeff community for a festive and friendly moment.

  • A renewed and varied food offer: oysters, sushi, burgers, savory crêpes, pasta, etc.


📚 Employment and training at the heart of the fair!
For the first time, a space dedicated to employment, hosted by France Travail, Mission Locale d’Épernay, and Cap Emploi, enabled many candidates to create their video CV, take part in job dating sessions, and join professional workshops dedicated to the Champagne industry.

🔍 An edition focused on innovation and research
The Agora space hosted 3 tasting masterclasses and more than 70 experts who came to discuss tomorrow’s challenges: precision viticulture, R&D, employment, export…

🥂 The technical tasting, a major novelty for 2025, showcased innovation in the glass: from resistant grape varieties to dealcoholization, new types of corks, and oenological innovations.

🏅 And finally, the Innovation Awards Ceremony, in partnership with Epernay Agglo Champagne, honored 5 laureates for their visionary projects.

VITeff 2025 confirms its role as a must-attend trade show for the entire sparkling wine industry, making Champagne the world epicenter of effervescence.
