Baqio Bulles, an ally to sell and manage champagne stocks even faster!

A complete solution to manage champagne from production to distribution.

In 2017, Baqio launched the first 100% web-based software dedicated to wineries specialized in commercial management, marketing, logistics, and stock control. Today, it allows compliant monthly and customs reporting through a modern, connected platform. Founded and led by Sylvain Gautier and Benoit Taillefert, the company continues to expand across the wine regions, including the Champagne vineyards. After more than eight years of development, Baqio has become a key player in managing the specificities of Champagne production.

Beyond standard commercial management, the software is designed for the compliant handling of still wines: aging on racks, stirring, aging on wine lees, managing liqueurs and disgorgement base wines, dosage returns, as well as Champagnes aged over or under fifteen months. Producers can issue their certificates of origin authorized by the Comité Interprofessionnel des Vins de Champagne (CIVC) in DTI+ and EDI formats. Among the many obligations managed via Baqio are shipment declarations and the transmission of statistics to the CIVC. All these features are accessible from a smartphone or any connected computer, in real-time, multi-user mode, ensuring significant time savings.

Affordable, personalized, and human-centered service

Users receive instant support from a team of experts who guide them every day. From analyzing needs to onboarding users onto the software, the team maintains permanent contact through an integrated, personalized service. In 2025, the company strengthened its support team with two additional hires, ensuring efficient and friendly user training and follow-up. While client proximity remains at the heart of its mission, Baqio also remains one of the most cost-effective solutions on the market.

A long-term vision for a tool always up to date

The technical team constantly adds new features and fine-tunes existing ones to ensure software performance. As Sylvain Gautier explains: “Digital technology evolves rapidly. New solutions create new practices and opportunities. We aim to make them available to our clients, either by integrating these innovations or by connecting Baqio to innovative services.” Regular updates also enhance system security and ensure compliance with new regulations or standards. The software’s flexibility was recently demonstrated with the successful migration to GAMMA 2 in June 2025.
