This round table will address the thorny issue of access to scientific and technical information on viticulture and oenology. When the majority of scientific knowledge in these fields is rendered inaccessible by prohibitively expensive subscriptions, when technical publications are looking for a model, when nowadays advertisements can be found alongside serious technical articles, it is increasingly complicated for winegrowers, oenologists and other professionals in the sector to access scientific and technical information in which they can have confidence.
