BSc in Agricultural and Agro-Environmental Sciences obtained in September 2020 from Free University of Bozen/Bolzano (Italy). MSc in Viticulture, Enology and Wine Markets completed in March 2023 at University of Udine (Italy). Since January 2024, PhD student in Food Science at the Department of Agricultural, Food, Environmental and Animal Sciences (DI4A), University of Udine (Italy). Research activity focuses on the role of cork closures in the evolution of bottled wines, including sparkling wines, and is carried out in collaboration with Amorim Cork and Amorim Cork Italia.
