Trained as a quality engineer in the food and drink sector, I spent ten years working as a QSE manager in the still wine industry in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. In August 2023, I joined the Comité Champagne as a quality project manager for supplies. In this role, I lead projects aimed at improving the quality of components essential to the production of champagne, such as bottles, capsules, corks and wire cages.
