The InnoRem University Innovation Cluster is a key player in the innovation landscape of the Champagne region. Led by the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne, it brings together higher education institutions, research laboratories, local authorities and financial partners around high-impact projects. Deeply rooted in its region, InnoRem supports the transformation of public research outcomes into practical solutions by fostering the creation of start-ups, technology transfer and public-private partnerships. It relies in particular on the Plug in Labs InnoRem tool (https://pluginlabs-innorem.fr/), a platform that facilitates access to the region’s scientific expertise, equipment and know-how and fosters connections between research and business. At the heart of the sparkling wine sector’s challenges through its laboratories, it actively contributes to shaping the practices and innovations of tomorrow, in line with environmental, economic and societal challenges.
