Description
Having recently graduated with a degree in biotechnology engineering from the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC), I have been working for the past year as a research engineer within the Microbiology-Oenology team at the Robert-Jean de Vogüé Research Centre of Maisons MHCS. With a keen interest in the world of vines and wine, I am currently contributing to various research projects focusing on fermentation processes – a key stage in the production of sparkling wines – and am thus actively involved in innovation within oenology.
