The Associazione Enologi Enotecnici Italiani - Assoenologi - is the organization that represents about 85% of the technicians active in the Italian wine sector.
Assoenologi guarantees its members representation with Italian and Community institutions, protection and technical-scientific updating. It works for the improvement and protection of national wine production and its enhancement and dissemination in Italy and abroad.
